TERMS OF SERVICE

Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, payments, and interactions with Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a program, submitting payment, or engaging our services, the client (“Client”) agrees to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC provides interactive hand hygiene education programs for schools, childcare centers, churches, community organizations, and related institutions. Services may include live presentations, educational materials, demonstrations, and related programming.

2. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

• A booking deposit is required to reserve a program date.
  
  

• Deposits are applied toward the total program cost.
  
  

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  
  

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Remaining balances are due prior to program delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Payments may be made via secure online payment through Wave (credit/debit card or bank transfer, if available).
  
  

• Late or unpaid balances may result in program cancellation or rescheduling.
  
  

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Client-requested cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  
  

• Deposits are non-refundable.
  
  

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be requested with reasonable notice.
  
  

• Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  
  

5. PROGRAM DELIVERY

• Client is responsible for providing reasonable access to facilities, space, and participants necessary to deliver the program.
  
  

• Program content is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  
  

6. TAXES

Unless otherwise stated, services are provided as professional educational services. The Client is responsible for any applicable local or institutional tax requirements, if applicable.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content, materials, characters, logos, branding, and educational concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Participant behavior
  
  

• Facility conditions
  
  

• Events outside of our control
  
  

Participation in programs is voluntary. Client assumes responsibility for participant supervision at all times.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ravin Hand Hygiene Tour LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from program participation, facility conditions, or Client negligence.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Payment of an invoice, submission of a deposit, or participation in a program constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
