Step 1: Request or Confirm Your Program

If you have already spoken with us and selected a program date, you may proceed directly to payment.
If you have not yet confirmed a date, please contact us or submit a booking request before making payment.

Step 2: Submit Your Program Deposit

To reserve your program date, a program deposit is required.

How to pay:

1. Click Pay Program Deposit
   
   

2. Complete payment securely through our payment processor (Wave)
   
   

3. You will receive an automatic email receipt
   
   

🔹 Deposits secure your date and are applied toward the total program cost.

Step 3: Pilot Program Option (If Applicable)

Select schools and organizations may participate in a Pilot Program at a reduced introductory rate.

How to pay:

1. Click Pay Pilot Program Fee
   
   

2. Complete payment securely
   
   

3. A receipt will be emailed automatically
   
   

🔹 Pilot programs are limited and offered for evaluation and partnership consideration.

Step 4: Submit Remaining Program Balance

Once your program is scheduled and your deposit has been applied, the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to program delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to pay:

1. Click Pay Program Balance
   
   

2. Submit payment securely
   
   

3. Receipt will be emailed automatically

We accept:

• Credit & Debit Cards
  
  

• ACH Bank Payments
  
  

Payments are processed securely through Wave.
No Wave account is required to submit payment.

Receipts & Documentation

• Receipts are emailed automatically after payment
  
  

• Invoices may be used for school or organizational records
  
  

• Purchase orders (POs) are accepted upon request
  
  

 Important Notes

• Booking deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total program cost
  
  

• Program dates are not secured until payment is received
  
  

• Payment submission constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Service and Payment & Cancellation Policy
